The enclosure cards in the suite are composed to cover couple's needs. Your set of enclosures may look different, as every suite is built around the details of its own celebration.

Flat rectangular cards: RSVP card with no mailing envelopes, reception, details, dress code, etc.
Shaped cards: used like the rectangular cards, have less space for wording.
Folded cards: program, destination itinerary, elaborate details to share with guests, etc.
RSVP envelope: to accompany single rectangular cards in case guests reply by mail.

Orders placed through Etsy have sales tax added at checkout, as Etsy collects it for your state.
If invoiced directly, no sales tax is applied, and the total above is the amount due.
Timeline and Scheduling
Estimated timeline for 170 champagne invitation boxes: 10–12 weeks from deposit to delivery (including design, production, and shipping)
A $500 deposit is required to begin the design process
The remaining balance is due once the design is approved, prior to production
Mailing & Postage
Our velvet invitation boxes are structured keepsake pieces and are mailed as parcels rather than flat envelope invitations. Each box is placed inside a protective outer mailer for safe transit. Due to their dimensional format and weight, postage is purchased as parcel shipping through your local carrier. Exact dimensions and weight details are provided to assist with mailing.
Many of our U.S. clients purchase postage online through USPS Click-N-Ship or their local postal service.
