Our invitation suites are created within a curated design collection, with every detail personalized to your event - from initials and venue to wording, colors, and materials.
We offer two box formats.
The Classic box (available in wide, book, or tall orientations) is our most popular.
The Champagne box is bigger and includes a compartment designed to hold a mini bottle.
The velvet color sets the overall tone of the suite, and any box format
can be paired with any velvet and design theme from our collection.

Custom hand-drawn venue illustration
We offer both watercolor and outlined (sketch) styles. Illustration of your venue can be placed in different parts of the box: inner lid, right on the invitation card, or on the other elements of the suite

If you prefer not to include it in your suite, the inner lid of your box will be finished in plain velvet for a minimalist look or feature signage. Below are some of our most popular signage options:

Enclosure cards
If you have extra details to share with your guests, enclosure cards are the perfect solution. These small cards can include anything from RSVP instructions and weekend schedules to accommodation details, dress codes, and more.
Rectangular cards
Examples: RSVP card with no mailing envelopes, reception, details, dress code, etc.
Shaped cards
Examples: used like the rectangular cards, have less space for wording.
Folded cards
Examples: program, destination itinerary, elaborate details to share with guests, etc

What happens next
Once you’ve sent your estimate, here’s how your order comes together:
1. Deposit & Details
We reply with everything you need to begin. The $500 design deposit and your completed personalization form start your order.
2. Proofs
Your first proofs arrive within 10 days, and we make any edits you’d like until you love the design.
3. Balance
Once you approve the design, the balance is due and production begins.
4. Delivery
We send you photos of your finished boxes, then ship them to you by FedEx, with tracking.
Our standard turnaround is about 8 weeks from your deposit and personalization form to delivery, including design, production, and international shipping. Timely proof approvals and payment help keep everything on schedule.
From January to March, our busiest season, it may take a little longer.
Seasonal note
For Christmas 2026 delivery, we recommend starting your order by October 31.
Mailing & Postage
Our velvet invitation boxes are mailed as parcels in protective outer mailers, not as flat envelopes, so parcel postage is required. With the mailer, classic boxes measure 24 × 19 × 4 cm (9.4 × 7.5 × 1.6 in) and weigh 450–600 g (1.0–1.3 lb); champagne boxes measure 24 × 26 × 7 cm (9.4 × 10.2 × 2.8 in) and weigh 750–900 g (1.7–2.0 lb) without a bottle.
Exact weights for your order are available on request.
Classic boxes can be mailed in the protective mailers we provide, and many U.S. clients purchase postage online through USPS Click-N-Ship or at their local post office. Bottles are not included with champagne boxes; we recommend Moët & Chandon 187 ml or Bottega Prosecco 187 ml. Carrier rules for mailing alcohol differ, so we recommend checking with your carrier before mailing a champagne box with a bottle inside.
