Design
We have a range of design styles to match your event - from ornate, royal-inspired looks full of detail and elegance, to softer, more romantic styles with calligraphy fonts and Lake Como vibes.
Every design can be paired with our custom features like velvet box colors and a variety of printing techniques, so your suite feels completely unique. We create digital proofs from scratch for every order, making sure everything is just right before we move forward.
We also design for Quinceañeras and corporate events, so whatever you’re planning, we’re happy to tailor the style to fit your vision perfectly.

Printing techniques
Foil print
For all velvet materials, we apply logos, crests, texts, and other designs using the foil stamping technique, which creates a shiny, metallic finish. We offer a variety of foil colors, including gold, silver, copper (rose gold), and champagne (white gold)

For paper materials,
we offer both foil stamping and flat printing.
Flat printing produces vibrant imprints without any metallic shine.

The venue illustration is optional.
If you prefer not to include it in your suite, the inner lid of your box will feature either a beautiful quote or be finished in plain velvet for an elegant, minimalist look. Below are some of our most popular quote options:

STEP 1: Choose your box
We offer Classic Boxes (wide or tall), and “Champagne” Boxes.
Each part of the box is personalizable, and your custom details and artwork will be added
on the top covers, inside lids, and invitation cards.
Our classic boxes can be oriented horizontally (wide) or vertically (tall),
depending on personal preference and the venue illustration, if included.
Tall boxes work best for high-architecture venues like churches,
while wide boxes beautifully showcase landscapes.
Our “champagne” boxes are square.
Please note, that the bottle is shown for styling purposes and not included in the order. Moet&Chandon 187ml, both Imperial and Rose Imperial, and Bottega Prosecco 187 ml, both Venetian Gold and Rose Gold fit perfectly.
Step 2: Add enclosures (optional)
If you have extra details to share with your guests, enclosure cards are the perfect solution. These small cards can include anything from RSVP instructions and weekend schedules to accommodation details, dress codes, and more.
We offer these types of enclosures:
Single cards, one-side print
examples: RSVP card with no mailing envelopes, reception, details, dress code, etc.
Single shaped (die-cut) cards, one-side print
examples: used like the rectangular cards, have less space for wording
Folded cards, two-side print
examples: program, destination itinerary, etc
RSVP self-addressed envelopes
to accompany single rectangular cards in case guests reply by mail
All enclosures are available in both foil and flat print.
Step 3: Add embellishments (optional)
Beautiful embellishments like a velvet belly band with a wax seal or a velvet pocket can be added to the suite to neatly organize your enclosure cards.

The PROCESS and TIMING
Our average turnaround time is 3-10 weeks including design, production, and shipping.
We do not expedite orders and fulfill them in the order they are placed due to our limited capacity.
Kindly let us know your preferred delivery date before we begin the project, so we can confirm availability and reserve a production spot in our schedule.
DESIGN
A deposit is required to start designing the suite. The digital mockups are presented before production begins. We offer unlimited rounds of edits to make sure the suite turns out exactly the way envisioned,
PRODUCTION
The production stage starts after the design is proven and ready to print and the outstanding balance is paid off.
SHIPPING
Shipping to the US, UK, and Europe takes 10-12 days.
Shipping elsewhere is up to 4 weeks.
