Our invitation suites are created within a curated design collection, with every detail personalized to your event - from initials and venue to wording, colors, and materials.
We offer two box formats. The Classic box (available in wide, book, or tall orientations) is our most popular. The Champagne box includes a compartment designed to hold a mini bottle.
The velvet color sets the overall tone of the suite, and any box format can be paired with any velvet and design theme from our collection.

Our design collection
Each suite begins with a design. The crest on the top cover sets the tone for every element that follows. Ornaments, typography, and enclosure cards are all designed to match cohesively. During the design stage, a full digital proof is created to refine every detail before production.

We offer both watercolor and outlined (sketch) styles. Illustration of your venue can be placed in different parts of the box: inner lid, right on the invitation card, or on the other elements of the suite

If you prefer not to include it in your suite, the inner lid of your box will be finished in plain velvet for a minimalist look or feature signage. Below are some of our most popular signage options:

Enclosure cards
If you have extra details to share with your guests, enclosure cards are the perfect solution. These small cards can include anything from RSVP instructions and weekend schedules to accommodation details, dress codes, and more.

Examples: used like the rectangular cards, have less space for wording.

Timeline and Scheduling
DESIGN
Design typically requires 2โ5 weeks, depending on project scope and the pace of revisions.
A $500 non-refundable design deposit is required to begin customization and secure the design phase.
PRODUCTION
Once your suite is finalized and approved for print, the remaining balance is due to reserve your production slot. To maintain timeline alignment, the outstanding balance is typically completed within 7 days of final proof approval.
Production requires 3โ4 weeks. The photos of the completed suites are sent before we carefully pack and ship the order.
SHIPPING
Shipping time is approximately 9โ12 days to the U.S.
Our studio is based in Ukraine, and most of our clients are in the United States and Canada. All projects are conducted seamlessly online, and completed orders are shipped internationally with secure tracked delivery.
Mailing & Postage
TOur velvet invitation boxes are structured keepsake pieces and are mailed as parcels rather than flat envelope invitations. Each box is placed inside a protective outer mailer for safe transit. Due to their dimensional format and weight (approximately 1.3โ1.5 lb for classic boxes and 2.4-2.6 lb for champagne boxes), postage is purchased as parcel shipping through your local carrier. Exact dimensions and weight details are provided to assist with mailing. Many of our U.S. clients purchase postage online through USPS Click-N-Ship or their local postal service.
