Ordering Terms

These terms apply to every custom invitation box order. Paying the design deposit confirms you have read and agree to them. Each order is governed by the terms in effect on the date its deposit is paid
Your order
Each suite is designed and made for your event. The minimum order is 5 invitation boxes.
Each invitation box includes a foil-printed monogram on the top cover, a foil-printed venue illustration inside the lid (watercolor or sketch), an invitation card with your wording (clear acrylic or thick cardstock), full assembly, a protective outer mailer, and shipping to a single address.
Enclosure cards, bands, seals and pockets are optional and priced separately.
Portfolio and listing images show past and styled work. Your suite is printed exactly to your approved proofs.
The design deposit
Your order begins with a $500 design deposit, which reserves your place in our production schedule.
The deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward your total.
Design begins once we have both the deposit and your completed personalization form.
Timing
Our standard turnaround is about 8 weeks, counted from the receipt of the deposit and the completed personalization form. It covers design, production and international shipping.
This is an average, not a fixed term, and it assumes 2 to 3 days between replies at each stage.
A project takes longer from January to March, our busiest season. It may also take longer when details arrive incomplete or in parts, when replies and approvals take more than a few days, or when the design goes through extended rounds of revisions.
A project may be completed sooner when all details are provided with the deposit, replies and approvals come promptly, the design is approved within a few rounds, payments are made without delay, and our production schedule allows.
As the length of the design stage depends on these factors, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
Etsy only: the delivery date Etsy shows covers production and shipping, counted from design approval and the balance. It does not include the design stage.
Design and proofs
First proofs take up to 10 days from the deposit and completed form, and are sent as a multi-page PDF.
Revisions within your chosen design are unlimited and included: wording, layout, spacing, colors, enclosures and adjustments to the design.
New requests are priced separately: elements not in your original brief, a different design direction, new illustrations or shapes, or work based on outside references.
Please check every name, date and spelling before approving. We print exactly what you approve.
Colors
Velvet, foil and paper look different on every screen. When color matters, we recommend a sample kit before ordering.
Balance and production
The balance is due once you approve the final design, before production begins.
Each order is printed and assembled from scratch as a single run. We do not produce extra pieces, and additional invitation boxes usually cannot be assembled later, so please order the full number up front.
Invitation boxes added after production begins need a new quote. Because setup costs are spread across the quantity, the price per invitation box in a later order is usually considerably higher.
Once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Shipping
Before shipping, we send photos of your finished invitation boxes for your approval.
Orders ship from Kyiv via Poland with tracking. Tracking may show “Label Created” for the first few days while the parcel travels by land; once it clears Poland, it is delivered by air within 3 to 7 days.
For orders shipped to the United States, we cover import duties. For all other countries, import duties and taxes, such as VAT in Europe, are the recipient’s responsibility; please check your country’s rules to estimate them.
Mailing to your guests
Each invitation box is mailed as a parcel, not a flat envelope, and weighs about 1.3 to 1.5 lb (0.6 to 0.7 kg). Exact dimensions and weights are available on request.
Postage is purchased separately through your local carrier.
Parcels may take more preparation to mail than envelopes, so please allow extra time.
