General

  • It begins on our Pricing page, where you build your invitation suite and see your estimate. If it feels right, send it to us at Step 7, and we’ll reply with everything you need to begin. The $500 design deposit and your completed personalization form start your order. From there, we prepare your proofs and make any edits you’d like; once you approve the design and the balance is paid, your invitation boxes go into production.

  • Each suite is priced by quantity and configuration: the enclosure cards, printing and finishing you choose. Most suites fall between $1,500 and $4,000. The calculator on our Pricing page gives you an estimate for your own suite in a few minutes.

  • Yes, our minimum order is 5 invitation boxes. Each suite involves a full setup and production run, which also sets the starting budget for a custom order.

  • We recommend one invitation box per household rather than per guest. To allow for last-minute additions, photoshoots and keepsakes, consider adding 10 to 15% to your total. Since each order is produced as a single run, it’s worth including these extras from the start.

  • Each suite is designed for your celebration: the monogram on the cover, a custom illustration of your venue inside the lid in watercolor or sketch style, your wording, your colors, and the enclosure cards and finishing you choose. You’ll find every option on our Pricing page, and you can choose your design direction from our Portfolio.

Samples

  • Our sample kit lets you see and feel our work before you order. It includes a monogrammed velvet box in the color of your choice, sample venue illustrations in watercolor and sketch styles, invitation cards in clear acrylic and cardstock, examples of digital and foil printing, enclosure cards in flat, shaped and folded formats with an RSVP envelope, and a velvet pocket, velvet belly band and wax seal. The classic kit is $35 and the champagne kit $70, both with free shipping.

    Samples are pre-printed and can’t be personalized.

    Order a sample kit

  • It’s entirely optional, and many couples order directly from their proofs. A kit is most helpful when color matters: velvet, foil and paper look different on every screen, so seeing them in person is the surest way to choose. It’s also the best way to feel the velvet and papers before you decide

  • Sample kits are ready to ship and usually arrive within 9 to 12 days, by FedEx with tracking.

  • Yes. Additional velvet color swatches are complimentary; just let us know the colors you’d like when you order your kit. We can also include mirror invitation cards in gold, silver or rose-blush on request, at no extra cost.

Your order

  • Our standard turnaround is about 8 weeks from your deposit and completed personalization form to delivery, including design, production and international shipping. It assumes a reply within 2 to 3 days at each stage.

    It may take longer from January to March, our busiest season, and when details arrive in parts, when replies and approvals take more than a few days, or when the design goes through extended rounds of revisions.

  • There’s no set rule, since every couple’s timing is different. The simplest way is to work back from the date you’d like your invitations to reach your guests: allow about 8 weeks for your invitation boxes, plus the time you’ll need to mail them, since parcels take a little more preparation than envelopes.

    For a destination wedding, guests usually need more time to plan their travel, so invitations often go out earlier. For an intimate celebration with family and close friends, a shorter timeline can work beautifully.

  • It can be. A suite comes together sooner when all your details arrive with the deposit, replies and approvals come promptly, payments are made without delay, and our production schedule allows. Because the design stage depends on these, we can’t guarantee a specific delivery date.

  • You choose your design direction from our portfolio, and your first proofs arrive within 10 days of your deposit and personalization form. Revisions within your chosen design are unlimited and included: wording, layout, spacing, colors, and enclosures.

    New elements outside your original brief, a different design direction, or new illustrations are priced separately.

  • Your order begins with a $500 design deposit, which reserves your place in our production schedule and is applied toward your total. The deposit is non-refundable. Once you approve your design, we confirm your final total, reflecting any changes made along the way, and the balance is due before production begins.

Shipping and mailing

  • Every suite is designed and assembled in our studio in Kyiv, Ukraine, and shipped worldwide by FedEx with tracking. Before shipping, we send you photos of your finished invitation boxes to approve. Parcels travel by land to Poland first, so tracking may show “Label Created” for the first few days; once they clear Poland, they’re delivered by air within 3 to 7 days.

  • For orders shipped to the United States, we cover import duties. For other countries, import duties and taxes, such as VAT in Europe, are payable by the recipient; please check your country’s rules to estimate them.

  • Each classic box arrives in its own protective outer mailer, ready to mail as a parcel rather than a flat envelope. With the mailer, it measures 24 × 19 × 4 cm (9.4 × 7.5 × 1.6 in) and weighs 450 to 600 g (1.0 to 1.3 lb), so parcel postage is required.

    Many U.S. couples buy postage online through USPS Click-N-Ship or at their local post office. Exact weights for your order are available on request.

  • Champagne boxes arrive without bottles, so you can add your own; we recommend Moët & Chandon 187 ml or Bottega Prosecco 187 ml.

    Packed in its outer protective box, each one measures 24 × 26 × 7 cm (9.4 × 10.2 × 2.8 in) and weighs 750 to 900 g (1.7 to 2.0 lb) before the bottle is added, so parcel postage is required.

    Carrier rules for mailing alcohol differ, so please check requirements and packaging with your carrier before mailing champagne boxes with bottles inside. Exact weights for your order are available on request.

Quinceañeras

  • Yes. Our quinceañera boxes are built on our wedding designs. You choose the design, velvet color and foil, and we personalize it for the celebration.

  • Yes, and we'd love to. Whether it's an enchanted garden, butterflies, a fairytale or a royal ball, we'll adapt your design to your theme at no extra cost: velvet color, foil, palette and theme details on the invitation. Just tell us your theme when you get in touch. We can't reproduce licensed characters or logos, but we can capture the feel of your theme.

  • Within your chosen design, revisions are unlimited and included: wording, layout, spacing, colors and enclosures. Beyond adapting the design to your theme, new elements, a different design direction or new illustrations are priced separately.

  • Yes, the same as for weddings: 5 invitation boxes.

  • Yes. Our corporate projects include an evening at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, a charity ball for a children’s hospital in New Orleans, an awards trip to Athens and Santorini, a client dinner at Wynn Las Vegas, a guest weekend at a luxury hotel in St. Barths, and more.

    Your logo takes the place of the monogram, with velvet and foil colors chosen to match your brand..

  • Yes, 5 invitation boxes, the same as for weddings. We also produce large orders of several hundred boxes.

  • We ship from our studio in Ukraine, with the whole order sent together to one address.
