Our invitation suites are created within a curated design collection, with every detail personalized to your event - from initials and venue to wording, colors, and materials.
We offer two box formats.
The Classic box (available in wide, book, or tall orientations) is our most popular.
The Champagne box is bigger and includes a compartment designed to hold a mini bottle.
The velvet color sets the overall tone of the suite, and any box format
can be paired with any velvet and design theme from our collection.

Our design collection
Each suite begins with a design. The crest on the top cover sets the tone for every element that follows. Ornaments, typography, and enclosure cards are all designed to match cohesively. During the design stage, a full digital proof is created to refine every detail before production.

We offer both watercolor and outlined (sketch) styles. Illustration of your venue can be placed in different parts of the box: inner lid, right on the invitation card, or on the other elements of the suite

If you prefer not to include it in your suite, the inner lid of your box will be finished in plain velvet for a minimalist look or feature signage. Below are some of our most popular signage options:

Enclosure cards
If you have extra details to share with your guests, enclosure cards are the perfect solution. These small cards can include anything from RSVP instructions and weekend schedules to accommodation details, dress codes, and more.
Rectangular cards
Examples: RSVP card with no mailing envelopes, reception, details, dress code, etc.
Shaped cards
Examples: used like the rectangular cards, have less space for wording.
Folded cards
Examples: program, destination itinerary, elaborate details to share with guests, etc

Digital print
Smooth, ink-based printing with crisp detail and a flat finish.

Timeline and Scheduling
Our average turnaround is 3 months from deposit to delivery, which includes design, production, and shipping. Rush projects (within 8 weeks) are also available when our schedule allows.
We're a small studio with limited capacity each month, so booking earlier rather gives you the most flexibility on exact production timing.
Mailing & Postage
Our velvet invitation boxes are shipped as parcels in protective mailers (not flat envelopes). Classic boxes weigh 1.3โ1.5 lb and champagne boxes weigh 2.4โ2.6 lb, so parcel postage is required. We'll provide exact dimensions and weight.
Most U.S. customers buy postage online through USPS Click-N-Shop or their local postal service.
